I limit my practice to real estate, and primarily representation of purchaser, seller, secured bank loans, and refinancings. Ninety percent of my transactions are closed in the South Carolina Upstate, specifically in the exclusive gated and golf communities located in Lake Keowee.
Since 1998 our office has closed over 6,000 closings having a transactional value exceeding one billion dollars.
